“ Plenty of Clouds (food truck inside of Cloudburst) has a great mix of rice, noodle and dumpling dishes. Although their menu is short, they do all dishes very well. The pricing is average and the plates are pretty filling, plus they are delicious. The staff in the truck is always super nice and friendly and willing to give you recommendations when you need them. Would highly recommend eating here if you're going to the brewery. ”

“ One of the best bowl of noodles I've had in a long time. Got the Sesame Noodles with tofu and shrooms. Fresh veggies, luscious noodles, and tasty marinated tofu. I special ordered without the chili and it was still awesome. The venue was packed that night with well over 100 people, and a good percentage of them eating from the truck. So I was pleasantly surprised that I was only half done with a beer when my bowl was delivered with a smile. Looking forward to my next visit. Great spot to drink and see live music semi-outdoors too. ”

“ We love popping into Cloudburst, grabbing an ice cold beer and a few dishes from the food truck. Great any time of year but especially enjoyable on a colder day, wearing a jacket, and sitting under the heat lamps. The flavors in all the dishes are delicious. The rice bowl was a pleasant surprise, packing flavor. We’ve enjoyed everything we’ve had and have been a handful of times over the past two years. Consistently good! ”

“ I had Dump Truck prepare a large order for an event I was hosting at my home this past weekend and boy did they do a great job! From my first interaction with their catering coordinator, Lisa (who works out of another Plenty of Clouds location but helped me nonetheless), to my pickup on the day of, it was seamless. Lisa put together a menu for me and quantified the orders of everything based on my guest list size and intended budget. She was even able to get an earlier pickup time for me despite the truck's regular hours! The food was truly unparalleled! The dumplings were a crowd favorite and the sesame noodles and cucumbers are absolutely worth trying! Thank you, Dump Truck for making my 60-person gathering such a success! ”

“ It's great to have an on-site food truck at Cloudburst so you don't have to drink with nothing else available. The food is fast and simple, but tasty. The dumplings are great and the noodle bowls are filling. The only thing that's a downside (for me) is that there are Szechuan peppercorns in almost every dish! I love them, but if you're a beer nerd wanting to explore the Cloudburst selection, the tingling numbness of the peppercorns may alter your tasting experience a bit. Still worth a try though! ”

Well priced for the great quality and the chill atmosphere at Cloudburst can’t be beat. It’s one of our favorite brewery hangs. ”

“ The food truck at Cloudburst Brewing offered several vegan options. We had the Garlicky Cucumbers and the House-Made Flatbread Sandwich with tofu. Both were excellent and had a nice spice level. The brewery was pet friendly and offered plenty of seating. We sat outside under the heaters. It was very pleasant on a cool and rainy day. ”
